    Did you know?

According to reports, if a man falls off skiing, he falls face down. Women on the other hand fall on their back.

Capello was really out of order. He has not told David Beckham that he will never play again for England in person. Capello blurted the whole thing out on telly. what a manager.

David Beckham has been the glue that holds the team for at least ten years. And being summarily dismissed is almost criminal against a talented and most popular player in football of all time.

Without Beckham's presence on the playing field during the last World Cup, England's performance was dire to describe it kindly.

Beckham had been a good captain for the team, worked really hard and inspired an often tired and disinterested team mates.

I suppose it is even easier now not to support England ever again.

There will never be another David Beckham for a long, long time. Rooney certainly is not and so was Lampard nor Gerrard.

So I hope Capello will reconsider his drastic decision at least until England qualifys for the Euro.

Hold on to your hats ladies!

Apparently our Enrique bet on live tv that he will ski naked if Spain wins the World Cup. He apparently quipped the bet when Spain lost its first game against Switzerland.

Enrique said that he will not renege on his promise. "A bet is a bet." is what he said.

    What a sport!

It was the most excruciating 90-odd minutes that I have ever wasted in my life. And what is it for?!!!

Well the answer was quite simple - nothing really, that was because despite my high hopes England let us down - again: time and again.

Well it was really obvious as soon as the world cup begun. there was no obvious cohesion amongst the playing team of eleven.

According from some football pundits, England has only played reasonably well for a period of 45 minutes in total from games against Algeria, America, Slovenia and Germany.

From what I can see the team was really composed of two passable players: the team captain Steven Gerrard and the newly separated Ashley Cole. These two at least tried their best but it was not good enough to play against 11 members from a very young Germany team.

Capello must take part of the blame. He persevered with his 4-4-2 formula to the bitter end. It was not working and yet he did not change his tactics. But then again, he can only do so much for a team whose heart seemed to be not focused on the game. These overpaid team players seemed to put championship leagues before country.

I was so disappointed and furious with the kind of game that they halfheatedly putting before us that I removed the England flags gently swaying against the humidity of the afternoon.

The English player are not international players, although they have the potentials. And that is that more sadder(sic) If only they care about the England team as much as its supporters.

England you really let us down.......................
